Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Aindriya.

1. Subscriptions. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. Usage credits. Consumed AI build / hosting credits are non-refundable. Unused prepaid credits may be refundable at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Eligibility. Refund requests for accidental or duplicate charges will be reviewed and, where valid, refunded to the original payment method.

4. How to request. Contact support with your account email and the transaction details. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period.
